However, if the product is delivered damaged, please reach out describing the problem along with the necessary images. We will ask you to return the product to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.

Are these candles made of natural ingredients?

Yes! All our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural Soy Wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Soy wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and is eco-friendly compared to regular paraffin candles.

They look delicious! Can I eat them?

While they look and smell like real desserts, they are NOT edible. Please keep them away from children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. They are strictly for home fragrance and décor purposes.

What is the burn time of your candles?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle:

  • Small Jars: Approximately 20 to 25 hours.
  • Large Jars: Approximately 60 to 70 hours.
  • Tip: To make your candle last longer, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before relighting.
My candle looks slightly different from the picture. Is that normal?

Yes, absolutely. Since every candle is hand-whipped and hand-poured, minor variations in color or design are natural. This makes your candle truly one-of-a-kind!

Do you offer returns if the candle arrives broken?

We take extreme care in packaging, but accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24-48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
